Caitlyn is a co-founder and owner of The Coastal Nanny Agency, bringing over ten years of diverse experience in the domestic service industry. Her expertise spans daycare teaching, lifeguard work, nannying, night nannying, domestic travel nannying, Disney nanny work, house management, family assistant work, babysitting, pet sitting, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and more. Caitlyn has had the privilege of serving over 75 families across the coastal Georgia and surrounding areas, offering tailored, high-quality care in every aspect of her work.

With a background in business administration and a focus on entrepreneurship from her studies at SNHU, Caitlyn holds several certifications, including Child Development Associates, as well as First Aid and CPR. She is known for her well-rounded, kind, and nurturing approach to both her professional work and interactions with families and providers.

Caitlyn plays a key role in placement coordination and the day-to-day operations for both Coastal Nanny families and providers, offering quality around the clock support. Outside of her professional life, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her three children and pet, watching football, exploring local farmers markets, traveling, indulging in visits to local bakeries, treating herself to the occasional “mani/pedi”, and volunteering in her community whenever possible.
